Echtra Cabin

In far northwest Montana, adjacent to the western entrance to Glacier National Park lies the town of Whitefish, MT.  Just outside of Whitefish is a ski resort called Whitefish Mountain Resort
and inside this resort is the Echtra Cabin. This "cabin" is a five bedroom home with some pretty upscale finishes.  We have rented this home to serve as our base of operations during our stay in Montana with Sherry and Karen.

Here are some pictures of Echtra Cabin from their website:

Here's the write up from their website:

Echtra Cabin is a stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bath home with majestic views located in the Elk Highlands/Northern Lights residential area.
Step into this newly constructed property through the covered entry featuring individual boot and outerwear lockers with a boot dryer. The entryway opens into a spacious living room featuring comfortable seating, a stone gas fireplace, and a 55" flat screen TV. The charming dining area seats eight at the quaint farmhouse-style table. The main floor is an open concept with a well-appointed gourmet kitchen and a beautiful island with bar seating for 4 people, deep copper sink, gas range, and stainless appliances. A utility room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen with full high capacity washer/dryer, counter with sink and access to the garage. Garage parking is provided for one vehicle along with wall-mounted ski and snowboard racks in the garage. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level. The first is a master bedroom featuring a king bed, 48" flat screen TV, stone gas fireplace, a three-quarter bath, and direct access to the deck running along the front of the house. The second bedroom has a king bed, cozy sitting area, and adjacent three-quarter bath. One flight up is a welcoming loft sitting area, open to the living room below, a desk with an iMac, computer work space, and comfortable seating for several guests.

Council Bluffs to Home

I met KC at 7:00 AM in the lobby and, from the look on his face, I knew something was wrong. "We've got a problem",  he said...
